600 Murray Street is a 7-storey commercial office building located in the West Perth business district. The existing level 4 distribution board was approaching end-of-life and had multiple electrical compliance issues that necessitated a timely replacement. Infrared Services were engaged by the property manager to design, supply, and install a new custom fabricated switchboard. All existing circuits were required to be upgraded to RCD protection, and all existing lighting control transferred over to the new switchboard with minimal disruption.

As the building was tenanted at the time, it was a requirement for all work to be undertaken outside of business hours and the replacement completed in a single weekend. Of course this project was completed to the highest standards, on time, and on budget, with no business hours disruption to building services. The total project value was approximately $25k.
