16 St Georges Terrace is a 12-storey office building located in the hearth of the Perth CBD. The main mechanical services switchboard, located in the basement of the building, was significantly damaged from a previous flood and Infrared Services was engaged by the property manager to design, supply, and install a replacement switchboard.

We liaised with the network operator for the required upstream power isolation, delivered the new switchboard to site, and completed the installation in a single day with less than 10 hours of downtime to the building. The total project value was approximately $25k.
