Scope of project:

Atteris is an independent engineering and design consultancy with offices in Houston, Texas and Perth, Western Australia. An electrical contractor was required to provide design and construction services for their fit-out when relocating to new office premises at 220 St Georges Terrace in Perth. Like most fit-outs, this was a multi-faceted project as it involved the delivery of electrical, data, controls and audio-visual services.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

With our vast experience in these types of electrical fit-outs, and with a strong track record of successful projects behind us, Infrared Services submitted a detailed proposal to Atteris for their consideration. This proposal was duly accepted by the company, and we embarked on the design and construction stages of the project at St Georges Terrace.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As the chosen electrical contractor, we worked closely with all other trades during this fit-out to ensure the project was delivered to an exceptionally high standard, on time and on budget. Our scope was a wide one as it included the provision of electrical, lighting, data, controls and audio-visual, yet we were able to deliver the project in under four weeks and for approximately $55k.
